Job summary
Harris Computer in Manila is seeking a senior clinical implementation lead to translate real-world clinical needs into EMR-enabled solutions. You will independently run discovery workshops, review hospital workflows, and design required configurations across clinical and operational domains.
You will collaborate with regional and global delivery teams, providing go-live support and ongoing optimization while expanding your product and implementation expertise within healthcare technology.
Qualifications
- At least five years of clinical hospital experience.
- Qualified healthcare clinician with strong workflow knowledge.
- Experience in EMR or clinical information system implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience configuring or implementing EMR systems (Altera or similar).
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end implementation activities per methodology.
- Configure systems and support deployment across clinical domains.
- Plan and lead client discovery workshops and design discussions.
- Provide go-live and activation support.
- Translate clinical requirements into practical configurations.
- Engage with clinicians and stakeholders throughout projects.
- Identify risks and escalate where needed.
- Contribute to process and methodology improvements.
