Job summary

AboitizPower in Makati is seeking an Employer Branding Senior Specialist to drive content strategy and initiatives aligned with our EVP, with the goal of building a strong employer brand and a top-tier candidate experience.

You will work with Human Resources to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment; a background in recruitment, employer branding and digital marketing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a 4-year business-related course.
• 2–3 years relevant experience in recruitment and employer branding and digital marketing.
• Preferably with basic knowledge on graphic and video-editing applications and software.
