Job summary

Solidgate is building a dedicated Employer Brand function to fuel a steady flow of top-tier candidates. You will turn talent marketing into a measurable engine that powers recruitment through campaigns, content, communities, events, employee advocacy, and referrals.

This brand-new team offers wide-open space for ideas and initiatives. You’ll craft campaigns, build an internal referral engine, and collaborate across product, marketing and engineering to attract world-class talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or marketing/communications with drive.
• Ability to write copy and design campaigns that engage.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+) with ability to shift tone.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates across teams.
• Curious about culture, marketing, and communities, and connects dots others miss.

you’ll be the creative engine behind building a steady flow of top‑tier candidates for Solidgate. Your mission is to turn talent marketing into a living, measurable engine that powers our recruitment team through campaigns, content, communities, events, employee advocacy, and referrals.

This is a brand‑new team, so you’ll have wide‑open space for ideas and initiatives.

This role is for a builder — someone who knows that great talent marketing doesn’t happen on its own, it’s created, tested, and refined every single day.

Your grade or title don’t matter — we’re looking for the one who’ll make it happen. Someone who wakes up excited to invent, experiment, and drive real impact.

• You have experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or marketing/communications, and a lot of drive.
• You write copy and design campaigns that make people stop, click, and engage.
• You\’re fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+) and can shift tone from casual to polished instantly.
• You thrive in a fast‑moving environment, juggling multiple priorities while collaborating across teams.
• You notice trends, test new ideas fast, and adapt campaigns before they\’re old news.
• You\’re curious about what\’s happening in culture, marketing, and communities, and connect dots others miss.
