Job summary

Solidgate is seeking an Employer Brand Lead to translate real hiring needs into bold, targeted strategies that attract top talent from Ukrainian and European markets. You’ll own our Employee Value Proposition, land it authentically, and drive global employer brand initiatives that actually move the needle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building employer brands or talent marketing at a world-class tech or product company.
• Experience translating hiring needs into bold, targeted employer brand strategies.
• Strong storytelling, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the employer brand strategy and roadmap.
• Lead targeted campaigns across channels to attract engineers, PMs, and fintech specialists.
• Develop and maintain Solidgate's EVP and brand voice across media.
• Build and mentor a network of brand ambassadors and employee advocates.
• Define KPIs linking talent marketing to hiring outcomes and optimize programs.

As Employer Brand Lead, you'll partner directly with business, product & tech, and recruitment teams — translating real hiring needs into bold, targeted strategies that pull top talent from Ukrainian and European markets. You'll own our Employee Value Proposition, make it land authentically, and drive global employer brand initiatives that actually move the needle.

What you’ll be driving

You're not executing someone else’s vision. You're setting the direction for how the world's top talent sees Solidgate — including people already thriving at FAANG and the best tech companies in the world. Your job isn't to wait for great candidates. It's to make them come to you.

Strategy & Campaigns

• Architect the full talent marketing strategy — own the channels, messages, personas, and roadmap
• Run targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, niche dev platforms, and tech newsletters that hit the right engineers, PMs, and fintech specialists — not everyone, the right ones

Media & Social

• Own Solidgate's employer brand voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, and beyond — consistent, sharp, and worth following
• Pitch and place employer brand stories and executive thought leadership in the tech and business media our target talent actually reads

Employee Advocacy & Brand Ambassadors

• Turn Solidgate's engineers, PMs, and leaders into confident, on‑brand voices through content that makes sharing effortless
• Build a referral engine with real teeth that turns internal networks into a steady pipeline

Analytics & Optimization

• Define KPIs that connect talent marketing directly to hiring outcomes — cost per hire, funnel conversion, brand awareness among target personas
• Track, report, kill what's flat, double down on what moves the needle

Events & Communities

• Lead hiring events and tech meetups that candidates remember and talk about — not another booth at a job fair
• Build owned talent communities and strategic partnerships that function as long-term acquisition channels with compounding returns
