About the Role

As a Employer Brand Manager you’ll be the creative engine behind building a steady flow of top-tier candidates for Solidgate. Your mission is to turn talent marketing into a living, measurable engine that powers our recruitment team through campaigns, content, communities, events, employee advocacy, and referrals.

This is a brand-new team, so you’ll have wide-open space for ideas and initiatives.

This role is for a builder — someone who knows that great talent marketing doesn’t happen on its own, it’s created, tested, and refined every single day.

Your grade or title don’t matter — we’re looking for the one who’ll make it happen. Someone who wakes up excited to invent, experiment, and drive real impact.

You\’ll be great at this if:

• You have experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or marketing/communications, and a lot of drive.


• You write copy and design campaigns that make people stop, click, and engage.


• You\’re fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+) and can shift tone from casual to polished instantly.


• You thrive in a fast-moving environment, juggling multiple priorities while collaborating across teams.


• You notice trends, test new ideas fast, and adapt campaigns before they\’re old news.


• You\’re curious about what\’s happening in culture, marketing, and communities, and connect dots others miss.
