Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment (min 3 months telco experience or 1–2 years preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with clear pronunciation.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, telephone equipment and CRM software.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining consistent attendance.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
