Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Corporate Communications Intern in Manila to support internal and external communications, brand-building, and employee engagement. You will gain hands-on experience across content development, events, and digital collateral in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist in planning events, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining communication calendars while learning industry best practices and contributing to a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on creative storytelling and content development.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, webinars, campaigns, and key communication activities.
• Support project management efforts by maintaining project plans, tracking timelines, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Develop content for internal communications, newsletters, announcements, presentations, articles, and digital collateral.
• Coordinate event logistics, including registrations, invitations, promotional materials, and post-event performance reporting.
• Maintain communication calendars, project trackers, content libraries, and digital brand assets.
• Conduct research on industry trends, corporate communication best practices, and competitive benchmarking.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Corporate Communications and Marketing team as needed.
