Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Payroll Operations Analyst to support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll activities for EMEA. The role involves validating data, performing quality checks, and coordinating with HR, Finance, and vendors across a global framework.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in payroll administration, payroll operations, HR operations, shared services, or a related role.
  • Approximately 1 year of hands‑on experience using workflow automation tools.
  • Experience working with large data sets and performing data validation activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review payroll data received from HR Shared Services (HRSS), Workday, and other source systems.
  • Perform payroll quality checks to ensure employee data is accurate and complete prior to payroll submission.
  • Support payroll processing activities by validating payroll inputs, outputs, and reports.
  • Investigate payroll exceptions and assist with issue resolution.
  • Execute payroll controls and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with employees to resolve payroll queries and ensure timely, accurate issue resolution.
