Job summary

AgileEngine in the Philippines is seeking an Email Developer to craft HTML email templates and deploy personalized campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients.

You will build reusable components, test rendering across clients, and manage outbound campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while applying journey logic, segmentation, and dynamic content. The role offers flexible remote/office options and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in email development, marketing ops, or digital campaigns.
• Hands-on HTML/CSS for email with cross-client rendering.
• Experience with enterprise campaign platform; Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Understanding of journey orchestration and automated flows.
• Familiarity with event-based triggers, lifecycle programs, and deployment schedules.
• Understanding of test planning and test variants (A/B/MVT).
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and data-driven personalization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS email templates with accurate rendering.
• Build modular components and adapt templates to campaigns.
• Test email rendering across clients/devices using Litmus/Email on Acid.
• Build and deploy outbound campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Configure journey logic, segmentation, rules, and suppression lists.
• Implement dynamic content and personalization tokens per strategy.
• Own final deployment and ensure on-time delivery.
• Execute A/B and multivariate test configurations.
• Coordinate asset handoffs with Campaign Managers and partners.
• Document best practices and maintain build standards.
