Job summary

2X is seeking a RevOps Platforms Specialist to provide Oracle Eloqua execution, testing, and maintenance of marketing automation programs. You will own email, landing page, form, and campaign builds, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and on-time deployment.

The role requires deep Eloqua expertise, strong attention to detail, and continuous learning within RevOps practices. Reporting to the VP of RevOps, you will collaborate with the RevOps Account team and other delivery teams to support client

Qualifications

Hands-on Oracle Eloqua execution skills and certification preferred.
2+ years of Oracle Eloqua asset creation experience.
Experience with Salesforce/CRM and revenue operations technologies.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Build, test, and maintain Oracle Eloqua emails, landing pages, forms, campaigns, segments, shared assets, and other marketing automation components.
Perform technical QA and testing to confirm campaign functionality and data accuracy.
Troubleshoot Eloqua issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
Maintain documentation of campaign builds, execution activities, and configurations.
Follow production processes and RevOps best practices to deliver high-quality work.
Manage multiple assignments and meet project timelines.
Proactively communicate status, risks, and delays to Project Managers.
Expand Eloqua expertise through learning and certifications.
Track time daily in the time-tracking system with proper coding.
