Job summary

2X is seeking a RevOps Platforms Specialist to provide Oracle Eloqua execution, testing, and maintenance of marketing automation programs. You will own email, landing page, form, and campaign builds, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and on-time deployment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle Eloqua execution skills and certification preferred.
• 2+ years of Oracle Eloqua asset creation experience.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM and revenue operations technologies.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain Oracle Eloqua emails, landing pages, forms, campaigns, segments, shared assets, and other marketing automation components.
• Perform technical QA and testing to confirm campaign functionality and data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot Eloqua issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain documentation of campaign builds, execution activities, and configurations.
• Follow production processes and RevOps best practices to deliver high-quality work.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet project timelines.
• Proactively communicate status, risks, and delays to Project Managers.
• Expand Eloqua expertise through learning and certifications.
• Track time daily in the time-tracking system with proper coding.
