Wedded Wonderland seeks a Luxury Travel Consultant to deliver concierge-level travel support for destination weddings and celebrations. You will work with senior specialists, planners, venues, and partners to craft seamless itineraries and guest experiences.

The role demands precision, professionalism, and availability across weekends and holidays to ensure uninterrupted support during live wedding and travel periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in luxury travel, travel coordination, concierge services, hospitality operations, or related roles.
• Proven experience supporting complex itineraries and group travel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating across WhatsApp, email, and phone.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel itineraries for destination weddings, honeymoons, guest travel and post-event extensions.
• Assist with accommodation, transfers, and experience arrangements aligned with wedding schedules.
• Ensure travel components are accurate and date-aligned for group travel.
• Log bookings and guest details in CRM and maintain organized itineraries.
