KMC Solutions invites you to join as a Guest Relations Executive, responsible for driving exceptional guest and client satisfaction, managing day-to-day site admin and facilities across assigned sites. You will be the frontline ambassador, leading a team and coordinating with departments to resolve issues within 36 hours while ensuring accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in Hospitality, Guest Relations, Customer Experience, or Facilities Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality-related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or PMS systems.
• Strong communications, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience, hospitality, and concierge services with warmth and professionalism.
• Coordinate site operations, vendor relations, and cross-department collaboration.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports with high accuracy.
• Mentor and supervise site administrative staff and guest success associates.
• Oversee office, facilities, and asset management, including audits.
• Enforce SOPs, Health & Safety protocols, and incident reporting.
