Job summary

Phildex Industries & Development Corporation is hiring an Elevator Installer to install and commission home lifts on-site. You will assist with electrical and mechanical installation, inspect sites, coordinate with contractors and clients, and troubleshoot as needed.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a valid manual driver’s license (motorcycle license is a plus), and the ability to work at heights while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of elevator, electrical, or mechanical work experience.
• Experience in elevator or home lift installation is preferred.
• Must have a valid manual driver’s license; motorcycle license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and commission residential elevators / home lifts.
• Assist in mechanical and electrical installation works on-site.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors and clients.
• Perform troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor repairs.
• Ensure safety standards and quality workmanship are followed at all times.
• Provide basic client orientation after installation.
• Prepare work reports and documentation.

Job Qualifications
