Novacell Telecom is seeking an energetic Live Stream Host / Live Selling Specialist to lead our live sessions across major social platforms. You will present products, engage viewers in real time, answer questions, and drive sales.

The role requires on-camera presence, stamina for long broadcasts, and the ability to convert viewers into buyers while coordinating with production on links, discounts, and visuals on TikTok Shop, Facebook Live, Shopee, and Lazada.

Qualifications

Background in live selling, content creation, sales, or customer service.
Experience hosting streams on major platforms.

Responsibilities

On-Camera Presentation & Product Demonstration: Present and showcase brand products on camera with high enthusiasm and clarity.
Viewer Engagement & Customer Service: Actively interact with live viewers, greet participants, and build a high-energy environment.
Sales Generation & Target Achievement: Work toward meeting and exceeding session sales targets and quotas; use CTAs and promotional offers.
Platform Operations: Host live sessions on TikTok Shop, Facebook Live, Shopee, and Lazada; coordinate with production on links, discounts, and visuals during streams.
