TTEC is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to support customers remotely in the Philippines. You will answer inquiries, research solutions, and guide customers toward satisfactory resolutions with a caring approach.

This role emphasizes empathy, accurate information, and timely support across digital channels. Ideal candidates will have at least one year in customer service and a high-school diploma or equivalent, with reliable home internet.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum senior high school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to explain product or service knowledge clearly.
• For at-home roles, maintain high-speed internet (>20 Mbps).

• Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

What You Bring to the Role

• One year or more of customer services experience
• At least senior high school graduate or equivalent
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Computer experience
• For at home roles – keep High speed internet (> 20mbps)
