You will drive failure analysis, build data structures for reliability, support test equipment setup, pilot end-to-end repair capabilities, and create clear documentation for repair processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills.
• High sense of urgency.
• Capable of interfacing with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization.
• Solid electronics troubleshooting skills.
• Solid automation troubleshooting skills.
• Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Repair Operations, Field Service, and Engineering teams to drive product improvement.
• Drive failure analysis and root cause identification to reduce field defects.
• Build data structures to assess reliability and generate reports.
• Support test equipment setup, validation, and tool maintenance.
• Pilot end-to-end repair capabilities and train Repair Operations.
• Design and review processes to improve quality and reliability.
• Create documentation for repair processes and work instructions.
