Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum criteria: vocational or BS in electronics-related field.
• Soldering experience advantageous (≥1 year).
• Strong soldering concepts for PCB, SMT and through-hole components.
• Good manual dexterity for mechanical assembly and soldering operations.
• Experience in machine operations; knowledge of ESD.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to interpret data.
• Ability to multi-task in a LEAN production environment.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Directly reports to the Rework Supervisor.
• Ensures circuit boards are reworked with specified soldering types.
• Uses proper tools and equipment for rework processes.
• Interprets ECO through related databases.
• Collaborates with team on rework and soldering tasks.
• Meets group and personal goals and deliverables.
• Conducts in-process, incoming or outgoing inspection.
