Job summary

Global Administrators Inc. is hiring a detail‑oriented enrollment specialist to streamline carrier data exchanges and improve configuration timelines. The hybrid setup includes on‑site trainings during the initial period to ensure smooth onboarding.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare/EDI, proficiency in EDI/API technologies, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle high data volumes. Shift runs from 5:00pm to 2:00am, Philippines NCR region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Background in US healthcare and/or EDI is preferred.
• Proficiency in EDI and/or API technologies for enrollment processes.
• Ability to work with high volume of data.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills required.
• This is a fixed-term project starting September 2026.
• Must be amenable to a midshift schedule (5:00pm to 2:00am).

Responsibilities

• Actively manages enrollment configuration tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow-up with carriers and platforms to ensure timely delivery of groups.
• Deliver quality work within defined service levels to meet customer expectations.
• Leverage metrics to monitor and adjust performance for optimal output.
• Meet with carriers and manage relationships, owning issue resolution.
• Address system-generated errors related to configurations promptly.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to carriers and platforms.
• Be an active member of a high-performing team delivering customer solutions.
• Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations (HIPAA, 834, LDEx).
• Perform root cause analysis to deliver timely resolution.

We are offering a hybrid work arrangement! The company will also be providing the PC and equipment needed. Although during your first month (or until the HLM approves of the transition), you will be reporting on-site to complete company and/or client-required trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:

• Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
• Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
• Table that can fit two 24\" monitors and a chair, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem
• Work from home location is within NCR.

General Objective:

Responsible for addressing challenges by leveraging established carrier connections to reduce setup timelines and eliminates the burdens associated with file configuration, testing, and error handling, ensuring efficient and accurate data exchange.

Actively manages enrollment configuration tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks

Regularly follow-up and communicate with carriers and platforms to ensure timely delivery of customer groups

Delivers quality work within defined service levels that will exceed the customer expectations

Leverage metrics to monitor and adjust performance to ensure you are working at an optimal level

Meets with carriers and manage relationships, owning issue resolution to drive timely build and maintenance of integrations

Quickly addresses system generated errors which relate to configurations under your purview

Communicates technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, which will ensure carriers and platforms understand requirements and can deliver responses quickly

Being an active member of a high performing team that is focusing on delivering solutions to our customers

Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations concerning data connections (e.g., HIPAA, 834, LDEx)

Ability to perform root cause analysis and deliver accurate resolution in a timely manner

What are the ideal requirements?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience performing a process-and detail-oriented function for at least 2 years
• Background in US healthcare and/or EDI is preferred
• Proficiency in EDI and/or API technologies, specifically in insurance enrollment processes
• Ability to work with high volume of data
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
