Job summary

A reputable electrical services company in Metro Manila is seeking an electrical technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhauling of electrical components. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical circuits, be able to read diagrams, and have hands-on experience with electrical tools. TESDA certification is preferable.

Qualifications

• Must have basic electrical/electronic circuitry knowledge.
• Must be able to read and interpret electrical or electronic wiring diagram.
• Must have knowledge in using basic electrical/electronic tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance on electrical parts or components for machine operation.
• Conduct troubleshooting for immediate machine operation resumption.
• Conduct overhauling works on machines as needed.

Skills

Basic electrical/electronic circuitry knowledge

Ability to read electrical diagrams

Using basic electrical/electronic tools

Industrial electrical work experience

Knowledge in motor control methods

Education

Graduate of at least SHS TVET in electrical

TESDA certified

QUALIFICATIONS / WORK KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES

1. Must have basic electrical/electronic circuitry knowledge.
2. Must be able to read and interpret electrical or electronic wiring diagram.
3. Must have knowledge in using basic electrical/electronic tools and equipment.
4. Experience in industrial electrical/electronic works is a plus.
5. Knowledge in basic motor control methods is a plus.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct maintenance on electrical parts or components of M/C for continuity of machine operation.
• Conduct troubleshooting works on m/c for immediate resumption of m/c operation.
• Conduct overhauling works on m/c as needed.
• Conduct project related works as need arise (e.g. wiring modification, circuit modification, machine relocation / installation, etc).
• All other related works as needed by the Electrical / Electronics Department.
