Job summary

Atlas Lima Manufacturing Company Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer in Batangas to lead electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades for injection molding and plant expansions. You will diagnose faults, repair control panels, and ensure 3-phase power systems reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) is required.
• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines is preferred.
• NCII for Electrical Installation and Maintenance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of control panels, sensors, servo motors, and power distribution up to 480V/3-phase.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical panels, transformers, switchgear, and safety interlocks.
• Lead electrical integration for new injection molding machine installations and plant expansions, including energy efficiency or automation upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code and local safety regulations.
• Coordinate with external contractors and manage spare parts inventory for electrical components.

Staff Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical faults, control panel wiring, sensors, servo motors, and power distribution systems (up to 480V/3-phase) to minimize machine downtime.

• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical panels, transformers, switchgear, and safety interlocks.

• Project & Upgrades: Lead electrical integration for new injection molding machine installations, plant expansions, and energy-efficiency or automation upgrade projects.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all machinery, wiring, and facility electrical systems comply with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and local industrial safety regulations.

• Vendor & Parts Management: Coordinate with external contractors, manage spare parts inventory for electrical and electronic components, and oversee technical documentation and schematics.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).

• License: Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines is preferred.

• NCII for Electrical Installation and Maintenance is an advantage.

• Technical Skills:

  Ability to read, interpret, and update electrical schematics and blueprints (AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN).

Working knowledge of 3-phase power systems and industrial instrumentation.

• Soft Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, strong team collaboration, and ability to handle emergency breakdown support.
