Job summary

GHD in the Philippines is seeking an Electrical Revit Modeler based in the Manila area to join our design documentation team. You will draft, model, and deliver MEP designs using Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP across multiple project types.

Candidates should have 3 years of relevant experience, be proficient with Navisworks, BIM360, and international design standards, and be eligible to work in the Philippines. This hybrid role offers opportunities to work across Makati, Cebu, or Quezon City

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting
• Proficient in drafting, design and modelling across project stages
• Proficient with Revit, BIM360 and related tools

Responsibilities

• Draft, design and modelling across all project stages
• Deliver high quality MEP design within scope, time and budget
• Assist the design on projects by completing BIM management plan
• Maintain standards for all discipline models and central model interaction
