Job summary

Pares Retiro is seeking an Electrician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical repairs across restaurant branches in Pasig. You will ensure safe, reliable electrical systems and support kitchen equipment, wiring, and lighting.

The role requires traveling across branches and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The candidate should have a vocational/technical background (EIM) and at least 2 years of electrical maintenance experience, with a valid motorcycle license

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical graduate, preferably Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM).
• 2+ years of electrical maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, wiring, breakers, outlets, lighting, motors and components.
• Restaurant/commercial facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic electrical testing/diagnostic tools.
• Willing to travel and rotate across branches.
• Able to follow PMS procedures and electrical safety standards.
• Valid driver's license and own motorcycle for branch support.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PMS across assigned restaurant branches.
• Respond to and complete electrical Job Orders based on priority.
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting, outlets, switches, breakers, wiring, motors, panels and components.
• Provide electrical support for restaurant and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Inspect electrical systems for faults, hazards and breakdown risks.
• Perform basic installation, replacement and corrective work.
• Test repaired systems and equipment before closing Job Orders.
• Maintain PMS, repair, and JO records accurately.
• Coordinate with Store Operations and Repair & Maintenance.
• Escalate work requiring specialized tools or contractors.
• Provide rotational support across branches.

• Provide electrical support for restaurant and commercial kitchen equipment.

• Inspect electrical systems and identify potential faults, hazards, and breakdown risks.

• Perform basic electrical installation, replacement, and corrective work.

• Test repaired systems and equipment before closing Job Orders.

• Maintain accurate PMS, repair, and JO records.

• Coordinate with Store Operations and Repair & Maintenance.

• Escalate work requiring specialized expertise, tools, or contractors.

• Provide rotational support across different restaurant branches.

Minimum Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical graduate, preferably Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM).

• Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, wiring, breakers, outlets, lighting, motors, and electrical components.

• Restaurant, commercial, or facilities maintenance experience is preferred.
