Job summary

Sunpower Partners Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This role focuses on preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and project budgets while ensuring technical specifications and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, and a valid engineering license.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
Licensed electrical/ mechanical engineer is required.
1–3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or related engineering fields.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and engineering standards.
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for electrical works.
Review drawings and documents to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
Perform accurate quantity take-offs from electrical and structural drawings.
Assist in bid documents, tenders, and commercial proposals.
Evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations for technical and commercial compliance.
Monitor project costs against budgets and suggest corrective actions.
