J-K Network Services is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical Engineer) to manage cost estimation, bids, and documentation for electrical projects. The role requires licensed electrical engineering knowledge and proven QS experience, with oversight of electrical design and construction activities.

Onsite work in Laguna, Philippines is expected. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and decision-making abilities, plus experience with CAD and estimating software to support project teams

Qualifications

• Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer and proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
• Experience in electrical systems design, installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with construction estimating/bidding software and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle all Quantity Surveyor activities related to electrical engineering projects.
• Supervise and coordinate electrical design and construction works.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, methodologies, and regulations.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, bids, and project documentation.
• Support project teams with technical expertise and decision-making.
