Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the Philippines seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead all electrical activities from design review through construction and handover. You will oversee MV/LV distribution, substations, transformers, generators, lighting, grounding, and ELV interfaces while coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.

The role requires strong leadership and PEC knowledge, plus at least 10 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines (required).
• Minimum 10 years of electrical construction/project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale mixed-use, commercial, residential, hospitality, or high-rise developments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and local regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
