Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior electrical project professional to lead design review, construction, and handover for large-scale developments in the Philippines. The role requires oversight of MV/LV power distribution, substations, transformers, generators, lighting, grounding, and ELV interfaces, with strong regulatory knowledge.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, a Philippine REE license, and at least 10 years in electrical construction/project

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering completed.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical construction/project management experience.
• Delivering large-scale mixed-use, commercial, residential, hospitality or high-rise developments.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all electrical project activities from design review through construction and handover.
• Oversee MV/LV power distribution, substations, transformers, generators, lighting, grounding, and ELV interface systems.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, utility providers, and government authorities.
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and safety performance.
• Review technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and commissioning plans.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues to ensure project milestones are achieved.
