Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (REE) preferred; combined 10 years' related experience.
• Experience in residential/real estate development is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and electrical design software.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical load calculations and designs for residential house-and-lot projects.
• Prepare and review electrical plans, single-line diagrams, and distribution layouts.
• Coordinate with architects, civil/structural engineers, contractors, consultants, and utility providers.
• Ensure designs comply with the Philippine Electrical Code and local requirements.
• Review electrical materials, equipment, and installation methods for compliance with approved specifications.
• Provide technical support during construction and inspect electrical works to ensure quality.
• Assist in estimating electrical project costs and evaluating value-engineering opportunities.
• Monitor project electrical requirements from design through turnover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop electrical load calculations, power requirements, and electrical designs for residential house-and-lot projects.
• Prepare and review electrical plans, specifications, single-line diagrams, and distribution layouts.
• Coordinate with architects, civil/structural engineers, contractors, consultants, and utility providers.
• Ensure designs comply with the Philippine Electrical Code, local government requirements, and relevant utility standards.
• Review electrical materials, equipment, and installation methods for compliance with approved specifications.
• Provide technical support during construction and inspect electrical works to ensure quality and conformity with approved plans.
• Assist in estimating electrical project costs and evaluating value-engineering opportunities.
• Monitor project electrical requirements from design through construction, testing, and turnover.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Registered Electrical Engineer with minimum of 5-7 years in Electrical design for a real estate or construction industry.
• Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (REE) preferred, with at least a combined 10 years of related experience depending on project responsibilities.
• Experience in residential or real estate development projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical design, load analysis, utility coordination, and Philippine electrical standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or other electrical design and engineering software.
