LE BRON CONSTRUCTION is seeking a Registered Electrical Engineer to supervise and monitor electrical installation works at construction sites. You will review plans, schedules, and ensure compliance with approved specs and Philippine codes.
Coordination with the Project Manager, engineers, and subcontractors is essential, along with testing and commissioning of electrical systems. The role requires 2–3 years of experience, strong documentation, and the ability to manage safety and quality on
Supervise and monitor electrical installation works at construction sites.
Review and interpret electrical plans, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Ensure electrical works are completed according to approved plans, project specifications, and applicable electrical codes.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, Project Architect, Civil/Structural Engineers, subcontractors, and other trades.
Inspect electrical materials, equipment, and installations to ensure quality and proper specifications.
Monitor the installation of lighting, power distribution, wiring, panels, grounding, fire alarm, and other electrical systems.
Conduct or assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
Identify electrical issues, troubleshoot problems, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare and review quantity take-offs, material requests, estimates, and technical reports.
Monitor project progress and ensure electrical activities meet the approved schedule.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and Philippine electrical standards/codes.
Coordinate inspections and address deficiencies or punch-list items.
Review and evaluate shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
Maintain proper documentation of electrical works, inspections, testing, and project accomplishments.
Assist in preparing as-built drawings and turnover documents upon project completion.
