Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer - Electrical with at least 1 year of CCTV project experience in Paranaque. The role focuses on supervising site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring work aligns with plans and schedules.

Responsibilities include testing, commissioning, progress reporting, materials planning, and enforcing safety rules while maintaining quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project implementation, CCTV and access control knowledge.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations and manpower.
• Ensure work is executed based on approved plans, schedule, and specifications.
• Break down project scope into daily tasks and monitor progress.
• Plan, request, and control materials to avoid shortages and wastage.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Enforce safety rules and conduct daily toolbox meetings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and other teams.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and support progress billing (FWAR).
• Identify delays, issues, and variation orders; implement solutions.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and project close-out activities.
