Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Site Engineer to turn system designs into working solutions for our customers.

You will lead site teams, ensure safety, and deliver projects on time. You will own project results from implementation to turnover, supervise site operations and manpower, and coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Electronics engineering graduates preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Organized, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and site assignments.

Responsibilities

• Turn system designs into working customer solutions.
• Lead site teams to deliver projects safely, on time and to spec.
• Own project results from implementation to turnover.
• Supervise site operations and manpower; monitor quality, progress, and schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to plans, specifications and safety requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover.
