Job summary

CARESYSTEM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION CO., INC seeks an Electrical Engineer to supervise on-site electrical installations and coordinate with the Construction Head, Project Engineer, and other disciplines in Cagayan de Oro City.

The role requires reading plans and specs, monitoring schedules, and ensuring safety and quality in all electrical works. A PE license and PEC knowledge are preferred, with 1+ year in building construction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and PE licensure.
Knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and construction standards.
Experience in building construction projects and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor all electrical installation works on-site.
Review and interpret electrical plans, shop drawings, and specs.
Coordinate with Construction Head, Project Engineer, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
Prepare and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of electrical activities.
Conduct inspections of electrical materials and installations for quality.
Verify delivery compliance with approved specifications.
Prepare materials requisition, RFIs, testing/commissioning docs, punch lists, completion reports.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly accomplishment reports.
Assist cost control by monitoring material usage and reducing wastage.
Ensure proper health and safety procedures during electrical works.
