Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to support the Acquisition Phase of Projects. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, conducting site surveys, and creating detailed project cost proposals. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator, with strong knowledge in Electrical and Mechanical Systems, as well as excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as Quantity Surveyor or Estimator.
• Knowledge in ELV or Auxiliary Systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support Acquisition Phase by reviewing approved plans.
• Conduct Site Surveys for Costing References.
• Create Project Cost Proposals including detailed BOQs and BOMs.
