With at least 5 years' experience as a maintenance planner or similar function.

Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance program design and implementation for farm facilities and equipment.
Oversee SAP Enterprise Asset Management usage and data analysis.
Plan, schedule, and supervise repair and maintenance works to ensure safety and quality.
Perform root cause analysis of downtime and prioritize next maintenance actions.
Coordinate with planners and material analysts to ensure efficient parts flow.
Attend emergency electrical issues during night shift when needed.
