Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years in line operations, production, or process management.
• Basic knowledge of line equipment, production standards, safety protocols, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Appsheet and RPA is a plus.
• Driver’s license preferred (Code 1 and 2) for more than 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate resources, develop work schedules, and coordinate tasks with team members.
• Execute work orders for installation or rehabilitation.
• Perform field and meter shop testing, prepare project documents, and conduct voltage correction procedures.
• Record and update monitoring sheets, report field results to the supervisor.
• Manage material stock and requisitions.
• Participate in safety and 5S initiatives.
