Job description

As Line Specialist - Implementation, you will meet or exceed section targets by addressing issues and concerns regarding line construction and maintenance to achieve section programs and output, and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Distribution Services Department to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Plans and schedules the efficient use of resources to implement assigned tasks and achieve the section's programs and completion timelines.
• Conducts field inspections, site assessments, negotiations with land/lot owners, and prepares work estimates needed for Line Work Order implementation.
• Analyzes distribution line issues, conducts root cause analysis on problems affecting delivery, and recommends corrective actions.
• Monitors project implementation, tracks progress updates, evaluates contractor performance against SLAs, and checks final work group outputs.
• Performs administrative and ancillary support, including processing payment requests, purchase orders, liquidations, monitoring stock materials, and ensuring compliance with ISO IMS, AMS, and safety standards.

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

• Demonstrates advanced capabilities in Trouble Call Applications Software Administration (Level 5) and Trouble Call Operations & Data Analysis (Level 4/3).
• Possesses exceptional skill in Line Work Order Operations, Design, and Data Analysis (Level 3) using system tools like WAM and Agila.
• Exhibits proficiency in the construction, operation, and maintenance of Distribution Lines (Level 3) to execute field services safely.
• Shows strong dedication to maintaining high safety, environmental, and asset management standards in accordance with company manuals.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Must be a Graduate of Electrical Engineering (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering).
• Entry-level position (No prior professional, leadership, or project work experience required).

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Basic Awareness on Safety and Health (Level 3).
• Basic Awareness on Environmental Management (Level 3).
• Hazardous Chemical/ Materials Handling (Level 3).Electrical Safety (Level 3).
• Basic Awareness on Asset Management System (AMS) (Level 3).
