Job summary

MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to support our store and warehouse facilities. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to keep essential systems in good working order.

You will diagnose issues, interpret building plans, and coordinate with contractors and vendors. The role requires hands-on electrical/electronic maintenance, basic carpentry, and strong attention to detail in a retail environment.

Qualifications

Must be a Graduate of Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Facilities Maintenance/Repair.
Experience in the retail or fast-food industry is required.
Must be able to read and interpret building plans.
Knowledge of panel board installation and basic carpentry.

Responsibilities

Maintenance and Repairs - perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of the warehouse and store facilities and equipment.
Inspections and Testing - conduct regular tests and inspections to ensure good working condition and safety.
Preventive Maintenance - implement procedures to prevent breakdowns for HVAC, electric, and other systems.
Communication and Collaboration - coordinate with team members, contractors, and vendors.
