Whether licensed or not, you will start your professional journey applying hands-on skills at our solar facilities in Pangasinan, Bataan, and Camarines Norte. You will undergo in-depth training at the Bataan solar farm, participate in PMS planning, substation operations, and on-site collaboration with project managers and technicians, while

Qualifications

• TESDA-accredited Electrical Installation/Maintenance or Renewable Energy programs, or a degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in in-depth training at our Bataan solar farm.
• Gain hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of solar energy systems.
• Manage the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) for solar plant sites.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure electrical systems are running optimally.
• Oversee operations and maintenance of electrical substations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to keep systems efficient.
• Work closely with project managers and technicians to support solar facilities.
• Provide technical support to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory standards and prepare performance/maintenance reports.

About the Role

What You'll Do

Training and Exposure:
