You will conduct feasibility studies, prepare technical designs, and collaborate with managers, contractors, and clients to drive successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Engineering, 2+ years in EN/PV/BESS in Australia, strong communication, and proficiency with PVsyst and AutoCAD. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering is required.
• 2+ years in EN/PV/BESS engineering in Australia.
• SAA Accreditation in PV/BESS preferred.
• Proficiency in PVsyst and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer PV, BESS, and embedded networks from concept to completion.
• Perform feasibility studies and site assessments for renewables.
• Create technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regs, and best practices.
• Analyze system performance and optimize energy output.
• Conduct quality control checks against standards.
• Identify innovative solutions to improve asset performance.
• Support Senior Engineer in customer relationship management.
• Help develop strategies to expand capabilities and opportunities.
• Develop relationships with tech partners and OEMs.
• Assist in delivering client improvements and KPI performance.
• Organize EN, PV, BESS work-packs and schedules.
