Job summary

LBL Prime Properties Inc. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer to oversee electro-mechanical works, budgets, cost and contract management. The role covers bidding, procurement, and investment studies across MEPF coordination for projects in Quezon City.

The ideal candidate has a BS Electrical Engineering degree, valid PE license, and at least 10 years in project development and construction, with proven ability to forecast costs and ensure best value for money.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in project development and construction, with cost estimating, bidding, review of plans, and elemental costing.
• Experience coordinating with all MEPF trades.
• Strong knowledge of project costs and contracts management.
• Cost engineering and quantity surveying expertise.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets and bills of quantities.
• Review MEPF plans and estimate material quantities and costs.
• Create price forecasts and feasibility studies.
• Gather data to verify progress and forecast final cost.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to maximize value.
• Measure and value work on site.
• Carry out monthly valuation of work in progress and sales forecasting.

• Come up with ways to reduce overall cost of a project ensuring best value for money
