Job summary

Atlas Lima Manufacturing Company Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer in Batangas to lead electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades for injection molding and plant expansions. You will diagnose faults, repair control panels, and ensure 3-phase power systems reliability.

The role requires a BSEE, Philippine REE preferred, NCII for Electrical Installation and Maintenance is an advantage, and proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN; strong teamwork and emergency support are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) is required.
Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines is preferred.
NCII for Electrical Installation and Maintenance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of control panels, sensors, servo motors, and power distribution up to 480V/3-phase.
Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical panels, transformers, switchgear, and safety interlocks.
Lead electrical integration for new injection molding machine installations and plant expansions, including energy efficiency or automation upgrades.
Ensure compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code and local safety regulations.
Coordinate with external contractors and manage spare parts inventory for electrical components.
