Qualiblend, Inc. is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to supervise the maintenance of production and utility equipment at our facility in Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and be a Registered Electrical Engineer. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Strong communications skills and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Experience or knowledge in maintenance and operation of generators and fire safety equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance of production and utility equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
• Review daily work orders, job requests, and provide reports.
• Review all documentation to ensure proper data collection.
• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance workers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
