About the role

This role involves monitoring machine operations and downtime, supporting troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and coordinating with machine makers and suppliers. You will develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules, participate in major overhauling and machine improvement activities, and prepare troubleshooting procedures. The position includes managing machine parts, tools, and spare parts inventory, following up on parts ordering, and managing warehouse documents. You will lead Kaizen and improvement activities, investigate abnormal consumption, and implement cost-reduction measures. Budget responsibilities include reviewing budget applications, monitoring budget utilization, and maintaining budget monitoring records. Additional duties include maintaining machine manuals, complying with government inspection requirements, supervising construction work and activity schedules, and providing manpower support to Production.
