Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Control Engineer to join our team at SMARTECH LE CONTROL INC. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical control systems for automation projects across industrial and commercial settings. This position is crucial to the success of our operations, supporting the delivery of reliable, efficient, and innovative control systems that meet client requirements. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical control systems for automation and process control applications.
- Create and review technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces), and SCADA systems.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning on-site.
- Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Provide technical support during and after project completion.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of designs, processes, and changes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or related field.
- PRC license or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in electrical control design and PLC programming.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.), HMIs, VFDs, and control panels.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willing to work on-site in Carmona, Cavite and travel to client locations as needed.
