Everstone Development and Construction Inc. in Toledo City, Cebu, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our QA&QC team on a full-time basis. You will ensure electrical systems meet safety, functionality, and project standards across construction sites.

The role covers inspection, testing, design review, and development of QC procedures, with collaboration among contractors and project teams; PE licensure and 3–5 years in QA/QC construction preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Professional licensure as an Electrical Engineer (PEE) or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with specific experience in quality assurance or quality control within construction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine electrical codes and international standards (IEC, NEC, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, and building automation.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience with electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams, including contractors, engineers, and project management personnel.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience with construction management software and digital documentation systems is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive electrical inspections and testing on construction projects to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and specifications
• Review electrical designs, drawings, and installation plans to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to quality standards before implementation
• Develop and implement electrical quality control procedures and checklists for ongoing use across all project sites
• Monitor electrical installation work in progress, performing regular site inspections and testing to verify proper execution
• Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions required
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and electrical sub-contractors to resolve quality issues and implement improvements
• Perform functional testing and commissioning of electrical systems to verify operational safety and efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all testing, inspections, and quality assurance activities
• Stay current with electrical codes, standards, and best practices within the construction industry
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and site personnel
