Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or Equivalent.
• 12-15+ years’ experience.
• Proven competence across a broad range of projects.
• Knowledgeable in Australian Standards or international codes of practice.
• Awareness of BIM coordination across disciplines.
• Experience applying safety in design practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of the office against strategic goals.
• Mentor staff and participate in performance appraisals.
• Assist in 3-year strategic planning and market development.
• Analyze financial and non-financial performance of the office.
• Contribute to design concept and detail for projects.
• Represent and develop business with local market.
• Engage with industry organizations to promote the company.
• Approve offers and contracts within delegated authority.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
• Participate in regional management meetings and strategic retreats.
