Qualifications

• Candidate must read and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Fresh senior high school graduates are welcome; experience is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing tools techniques (CI, Kaizen, 5S) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly.
• Assemble or install electrical and mechanical components per blueprints/diagrams.
• Use hand tools including soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers.
• Support on-time production targets with the Manufacturing team.
• Collaborate with Quality to ensure compliance with SOPs and traceability.
