Job summary

Collins Aerospace is hiring an onsite general assembler in the Batangas, Philippines area. You will participate in manual assembly of seat parts and related components, following blueprints and work instructions to support production targets.

Qualifications include 2–4 years in assembly, a 2-year technical or vocational diploma, and knowledge of CI/Kaizen/5S. Strong communication in English and teamwork are required, with flexibility for shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in assembly/production in a fast-paced plant.
• At least a 2-year technical or vocational course graduate.
• Experience with CI, Kaizen and 5S is preferred.
• Good verbal and written English.
• Willing to work shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and installs electrical and/or mechanical components per blueprints/diagrams.
• Follow production build plan and team lead instructions.
• Perform preparation tasks and handle multiple assembly activities.
• Operate equipment and machinery as required.
• Suggest improvements to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Use hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers.
• Meet daily/monthly production targets with the team.
• Coordinate with Quality Team to meet standards.
