Job summary

IBM Consulting Philippines in Quezon City is seeking a multimedia designer to develop interactive eLearning modules, simulations, and videos based on instructional design storyboards. You will build SCORM/xAPI‑compliant content for LMS deployment and create graphics and media assets to support learning objectives.

Collaborating with instructional designers, SMEs, and training leads, you will conduct testing for usability and accessibility, maintain asset libraries, and ensure brand and telecom

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent experience in multimedia design, digital media, or training development.
• Strong multimedia and technical design skills.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools and graphic design software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical or publishing issues.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
