Job summary

vCustomer Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Safety Officer 4 to lead and continually improve our Occupational Safety and Health program. You will ensure compliance with DOLE/OSHA standards and local regulations while actively managing risk, incidents, and emergency planning.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of OSH experience, with accredited safety training and the ability to develop training programs and conduct on-site inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, OSH, Environmental Science, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of Occupational Safety and Health experience.
• OSH leadership experience in regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSH Management System implementation and administration.
• Develop and update safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE/OSHA regulations and local requirements.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Lead risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation activities.
• Lead investigations of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Develop and deliver safety training, orientations, and drills.
• Prepare safety reports and documentation; maintain emergency plans.
