Job summary

Moog Controls Corp. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced EHS Project Manager to lead environmental health and safety for a new aerospace manufacturing facility at New Clark City, guiding the project from design through start-up.

You will act as Pollution Control Officer, manage permits and regulatory reporting with DENR-EMB, PEZA, and other agencies, and drive LEED Platinum goals while ensuring compliance and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in environmental compliance or EHS in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine environmental legislation, permitting requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience developing and supporting environmental compliance programmes including reporting, permitting, inspections and compliance management.
• Knowledge of pollution prevention, wastewater management, hazardous waste management, chemical management, and EMS.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, hazard identifications, incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site's Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and oversee permits, registrations, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead environmental strategy to ensure sustainability, pollution prevention, and resource efficiency.
• Engage with DENR-EMB, PEZA, BCDA, BFP, PNP, PDEA and other authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support LEED Platinum certification efforts and integrate sustainability into design and construction.
• Provide EHS leadership across design, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases.
• Manage environmental, health, safety, and fire-related permits and compliance obligations.
